At Masala we believe that variety is the spice of life. We want variety in our movies, in our food and most of all in our workouts, so that we don’t get bored and give up. The demands of our day jobs assault us from all directions. So to grab and hold our attention we need a workout that will stretch our busy minds and our resistant bodies (or vice versa!) in new ways.

We also believe that there is no one-size-fits-all yoga class. We step onto our mats with different skills and changing levels of fitness, and we want classes tailored to our needs. While all of our classes at Bluff Road are Vinyasa yoga, our Main Street studio offers more nourishing options. There is a nearly endless range of yoga and our goal is to serve our students ever changing needs.
Our teachers have been hand picked by Kyra Strasberg, the owner, manager and teacher trainer. She began teaching under Rolf Gates and Baron Baptiste in Boston many moons ago. All of our teachers were chosen because of their skill, attention to detail but most of all their commitment to the practice. Teaching yoga is a privilege and our teachers are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality experience. Masala teachers have spent decades on their mats, and have backgrounds as licensed clinical workers, physical therapists, professional athletes, and teachers.
